What a day to be outside! UID Grades 1 & 2 took a field trip to Chapin Orchard in Essex on Tuesday.  They learned all about apples, made fresh squeezed apple cider and got to pick - and eat apples!  Thanks to all the parents and grandparents that were able to join in on the fun!
