Congratulations to Rebecca Butler for being selected as a winner in the Reading is an Investment program. She will receive a $250 college savings account and will be invited to a ceremony at the State House. The Reading is an Investment program promotes the teaching of personal finance to elementary school children by providing quality children's books that offer students in kindergarten through 6th grades the opportunity to learn about money and basic financial concepts.
