Over 34 local families will be enjoying the bounty of Fall and supporting UID with their purchase of a Harvest Bundle. Each bundle contained a UID Cookbook along with an assortment of fresh organic vegetables including carrots, potatoes, beets, onions, garlic, squash and more. We offered these bundles in a partnership with Jericho Settler's Farm which has given our school kitchen over $700 in credit towards local organic produce to use in school lunches!
