Thank you to the Underhill-Jericho Fire Department for visiting UID for Fire Safety Month. The children learned what to do in the event of a fire in their homes, what a fire fighter wears to fight a fire and how they would search for people in a home as well as the importance of "Stop, Drop and Roll" in case we got fire on our clothes. The children also learned the importance of covering their face as they "stop, drop and roll" for even more protection.
