Things have been going fantastic in the UID Kitchen! Has your child been enjoying the homemade muffins and granola bars at the breakfast snack bar? How about lunch? Ask your child to tell you about the fresh pesto they have enjoyed on pizza and pasta this week! A shout out to Mrs. Ehtesham for donating a huge bucket of basil from her garden for the pesto! Also, thank you Mrs. Preston for donating maple syrup from her own sugar shack! Mrs. Preston wanted me to mention that she has been super impressed with the enthusiasm shown towards Kale and Parsnips this week! I encourage you to come have lunch at the UID Cafe.
